I got tired of fighting with my kids about vegies, so I started making pureed vegies and hiding them in their food!! You can put any kind of pureed veg in spaghetti bolanaise and lasagne, put a light colour veg in meatball/rissoles, I do homemade pizza's and the base sauce is a carrot/sweet potatoe and tomato paste blend and my 6yo boy tells me he loves the 'new' sauce, you can even put vegie puree in baked goods like cakes and brownies! Be creative with it, they eventually start eating them, apparently kids tastebuds don't particularly like vegies, but as you grow and taste more things, your tastes change. Good luck :-)

I started letting my 2 year old "help " pick out veggies at the store, then help cook them as soon as we got home. she got hooked on broccoli when she saw the different ways she could eat them. Also, I sometimes sneak baby food veggies int soups to thicken the soup, or into casseroles. If she asks, I tell her they are there, but since they aren't obvious, she has less objection to them.

I've found that my son is very particular about his green veggies. He likes some from the jar and some frozen or fresh and blended...not a fan of canned and blended though. There are many different ways you can get the veggies, just try a bunch of different ways and she what she likes best, and show her how much you love eating them, she will love to do things that you do.

Please, no sugar! And be careful what's in the dips - home made is best. Make mealtime fun, for example a country scene, with brocoli as trees, carrots, peas as animals etc. Yes, I know you're all laughing at me, but I've brought up 3 kids! Sometimes I just put a little pile of food, uncooked, in front of them and they played with it and sometimes put some in their mouth!
But don't get your expectations up too high - For toddlers, a serving of vegetables may be as small as a tablespoon per year of age and a 1/2 piece of fresh fruit. And keep persisting.

my son is 3 and he wouldn't eat veggies at all... we were eating salads for dinner 1 night & we told him that if he wants to grow "BIG & STRONG like daddy" then he needed to eat them... now he asks for broccoli, carrots, green beans/peas, and salads!
he eats them raw with ranch as well... (he says he wants to "grow big & strong")
we also gave him chicken-pot-pie and he ate all the veggies out of it because they didn't taste quite as bland...

I find that putting cheese on veggies, dips, and for the greens maybe alittle sugar.

Yeah, definitely try them raw with dip. A lot of veggies can taste bitter when cooked. If it's something that HAS to be cooked, like peas, then get the frozen ones (instead of the canned ones) and don't overcook them. You can try alternatives, too. She may not like broccoli, but she might like raw asparagus with dip.
And sometimes a little melted cheese drizzled on veggies helps too -- that's what my mom used to do with broccoli.

My kids and grand kids didn't like cooked veggies like brocolli either so I would give them some raw sliced carrots and brocolli and some ranch dip and they loved that. My one son is 23 now and he still will not eat cooked veggies!

How old is your girl, and what types of greens are you trying to feed her?
