He will be fine about it for a little while and then not be interested in it anymore. I have tried doing a potty chart and a potty page where he gets to put a stamp or sticker on there but he loses interest. Any advice?

My daughter has her days where she doesn't want to go on the potty. But once she refuses, she has to clean the puddle off the carpet or linoleum floor. I use cloth training pants so that if she does have an accident, it is very obvious. And she learns to go on her potty before she is wet. Have you tried to use a timer? set it for about 30 minutes, then when it goes off, then put him on the potty, if he doesn't want to sit for very long, distract him with toys he can look at or books he can 'read'. You need to change it up every few days so he never gets bored with it. Stickers, toys, books, singing silly songs, food dye in the potty (what color does it end up when you add pee?)
