This happened once , I left my seven anfd one year old alonein my arliament sleeping dfor seven minutes while I ean to store atm I am overcome with guilt daily about this . I am soooooooooooo scaredto tell my sons dad for fear that he will take them and hate me forever our marriage is already over feel free to give advice or similar experience or just to tell me what a horrible mom I am or questions too thank you.

It did happen only one time the guilt has been horrile it jas and will never happen again I love my children and I hated my for self for having done somethong so irresponsible thanks for not beating me up anfd the positive feedbach

If it truely just happened once and nothing bad happened to them while you were gone.... let it go. The guilt is going to do nothing other than tear you apart. I would not feel the need to tell anyone.... just make sure it NEVER happens again under any circumstances. There is nothing so important as to risk leaving your children unattended (at those ages) for.
Don't beat yourself up over your mistake. Simply learn from it and move on. The fact that you are consumed w/ guilt at the moment means you realize it was wrong. Guilt is a good thing to have, but only if you LEARN from it as opposed to dwell on it.

I don't get it. You made a poor choice. Luckly, nothing bad came of it. You won't do it again.
The end and move on .... why would you tell your sons' father? Why guilty? Guilt is a usless emotion, save that it inspires us to not do again whatever we fet bead about.
There is not a parent anywhere that has not made a few poor choices and mistakes.
Some end badly, your situation did not. Be glad, be happy, hug your kid

It was in my apartment I meant and I thought the money would be gone if not remover irrational thinking looking back. I am so sick over my bad decision I need to let it out. Please reply g ood bad or indifferent
