Sorry that wasn't really that helpful, OK so if you click on Communities at the top of the page below the Circle of Moms it will take you to a new page, then you will see it says Communities you are a member of next to that will be Join Communities and Create a New Community under lined, just click there and choose which ones you want to be a member of. I hope that is a little better.

If you click on Communities up above next to Home Profile Communities Inbox, then it will show the communities, click on Join Communities. Hope that helps.
