There is a grease remover of either Shout or Spray n wash you can get at most grocery stores or Target. We did the same thing with chapstick and it worked great!

According to the www. chapstick.com website you must use a degreasing hand cleaner first and rinse with hot water. The other solution would be to take them to a dry cleaner and have them pour dry cleaning fluid on the spots. The third method invovlves using a hot iron, blotting paper to melt the wax off and then pouring boiling water though the stains. Since you've already washed them the stains may be set, but I would try at least the first solution given on how to get chapstick out of clothes, according to the instructions on the website.

would recommend dawn dish soap to get chapstick out of clothes. I have also gotten pizza grease out of a shirt once using a mixture of shampoo and toothpaste (NOT THE GEL, the white paste, but be careful not to use the whitening toothpaste)

try using a wash cloth wet, then iron over the stains... chap stick is like wax and thats how i have always got wax out of furniture and stuff... or you can go to the fabric store and get this stuff called "Grandmas Secret Spot Remover" it always gets stains out of my sons clothes and my husbands!

You might laugh .But I recieved an E-mail that WD-40 will take out lipstick stains 'removes tomato stains 'loosens stubborn zippers and much more.The main ingredient is Fish Oil. Good luck!!

How to get chapstick out of clothes -



rub dish soap into the stains, then wash in the hottest water possible.



You can try lower temp water and if that doesn't work - reapply soap and try again with a higher temp.



But chapstick is easier than crayon to get out

try sunlight( lemon fresh)(grease fighter) dishwashing liquid especially the one with the yellow container. It may work to get chapstick out of clothes.

I'm not sure if it will work but, I use Clorox oxy-clean for everything. It's safe on colors too. It has worked for everything so far. Good luck!
