How do you handle separation anxiety?

I have to go back to work soon and I am really having a hard time dealing with leaving my daughter!

When I went back to work, what I did was to leave my daughter with the sitter for a short time but then coming back to get her. Each time I stayed gone longer. By the time for me to return to work, she was use to me being gone and at the same time knowing that Momma would be back to get her.
