How long did it take your breastfed child to stop asking for the breast?

I have a two year old daughter who I breastfed for 25 months. We weened in Feb. of this year, and at nap time she still wants to nurse. I don't allow it, and she screams nonstop. How long did it take your weened babies to stop asking for the breast?

I breastfed my son till about 1 1/2 years old. He had no problem weening off my breast. He just stop cold turkey, lol and he never used a pacifier, just never needed too. I guess everyone's different.
