Depends on your hormone levels. I had to miss two periods before my hcg levels showed a positive on a pregnancy test.

As soon as you miss your period. So usually 4-5 weeks from your last period, depends on your cycle. I'm every 28 days like clock work if i'm late i know something is up...and yep i'm now due to take a test myself...eeek!

I've always tested by 4 weeks when I've been pregnant.... except my first pregnancy. I waited 6 weeks and was tested at the doctor since that's what I thought I was 'supposed' to do.
