My son is 8 months old and can be very picky about bottles he wants more food , he takes about 3-4 8 ounce bottles a day plus juice/ water , is he getting enouph?? hes also teething right now and likes to throw the bottle

DD was stuck on 8-9 7oz bottles at 8 months with meals and at 17 2-3 6 oz bottles with meals/snacks. She's starting to prefer real milk, meals and juice more often now instead of the bottle. It's more comfort now.

4 bottles is fine for an 8 month old. mine only drank 3 and no he's 9 months and only drinks 3 and has 2-3 solid meals a day. the can of formula i have says 3-4 200mL feeds a day at 8 months I think that's about the same as 8oz.

That seems like plenty, he should also be eating 3 meals a day and having a water as well. I can't remember if its now or a bit later that they also are supposed to have snacks in between meals.

yeahhe seems to want more food than bottles with im trying to figure out if hes getting enouph fluids he gets from 24 ounces on a bad day to 34 on a good day and thats just of his milk

I have a almost 8 month old too. He is a big eater-prefers food. But mine gets more bottles just less ounces! 6-7 bottles 5 oz. But mine always seems hungry!!

yes hes on baby food he eats ameal 3 times a day and he cant have a cup to a birth condition

Have you started him on baby food yet? You can also start him on a cup.
