3 times a day, Porridge or cereal in the morning, sandwiches with cheese or ham or i have now even tried marmite, with this i also give fruit for lunch or sometime i give hot veg x2 with some sort of stage 2 food, then the eveings i give veg, stage 2 food,
At the mo i have started to give fruit or a biscuit at about 4 in the afternoon for a treat.

Three A Day. My Son Eats Stage Two Foods Right Now. Oatmeal With Bananas & Peaches (Sometimes Mixed Fruit Yogurt) For Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Pretty Much Vary! Good Luck! (:

my lil girl had 3...rice cereal for breackfast, custard or apple and pear puree for lunch and chicken. beef, veggie stew.
