yes only 3 lol started at 56 kilos then crept up slowly to 59 then back to 58 then 59 again. after i had her i now weigh 52 for some reason but im much more untonned then i was before. they sent me for a 36 wk ultrasound to make sure the baby was ok and everything was fine, they also kept asking if i was eating which i was eating heaps i eat all the time! all my customers at work were shocked when they found out how many months i was they all said they had seen people small but not that small which worried me i was still in size 10 work shirt with the last button un done but everything turned out fine they had worried me for no reason! she was 2.8 kilos at birth

I put on 18lb when I was expecting my now 16 month old son Madison. Three weeks after having him I had lost 19lb and was back in my jeans. I am not the slimest person anyway a british size 16, but I was proud of myself for losing the baby weight and thats the most important thing. How about you?

I gained 50 lbs. I thankfully started putting coco butter on my tummy in the first trimester and only have a few stretch marks. I was only about 115 lbs to start with so I looked funny! It only took about a year for it all to come off. Dont sweat the weight, have a healthy baby. Best wishes to your new family.

19 lbs with the first, 13 with the second, 22 with the third.

I follow "The Zone" and pretty much have stuck to it for years and years....I think the balance of adding protein to every meal and avoiding "bad carbs" is a healthy way to eat, in general. I recommned it for everyone whether pregnant, nursing and the rest of the time. Get the book "Mastering the Zone" by Dr. Barry Sears - it makes sense and its easy and it works!

i put on 50kg. omg. have lost 30kg and am keeping it off. you;ll loose it eventually, you just have to eat right and not starve then eat one big meal. getting the csiro health books are good, as they are about balance and health not becoming a super model, they are simple and easy changes too. drink plenty of water. no raw after four. cut back on sugar. dont drink fifteen minutes b4 you eat or during your meal, eat the fattiest meals of the day first and try and eat fish or get some omegas atleast once a week.

I put on 25 lbs with my first (and only). I ended up staying in the hospital about a week after giving birth and when I left I was weighed and had lost all 25 pounds.

With my first I gained 15 lbs and my second I gained 17. So there really was not that much of a difference.

With my first I only put on 20lbs, with the second 75lbs!!! I lived on hard-boiled eggs for the first few weeks of their lives and the weight came right off. HB Eggs are great if you are nursing. I kept a dozen in the fridge at all times. 100 calories each, full of protein and easy to eat between nursings.

Only 9 kg with my twins because they came at 25 weeks. I then came out the other end lighter than before, probably from the stress, walking to the hospital and round-the-clock pumping of breastmilk...

I gained 13 kilos in total. I lost most of that weight after 6 weeks after giving birth (without even trying) hehe . . . but I am still carrying the last few kilos which I'm finding very hard to lose
