How often can you change formula?

I have 3 different types of formula. Does it hurt her if i ran out of one and use a different kind? She is on Similac for gas and fussiness and is doing well but I have 2 other kinds of samples I would like to try before I buy in bulk. Similac Advanced and Enfamil.

My daughter needs very special, expensive formula ($56 a can!) but my friends daughter spits up A LOT when she switches formulas. I don't think it would hurt, but heads up :P

From my understanding and speaking with reps from enfamil, it can be hard on their tummies and isn't a good idea, becuz it can take up to 5-6 days for thier tummies to digest the change. If she is on similac for gas and fussiness and it is working, I would keep her on it. I tried a couple after using Enfamil GentleEase, in hopes that there maybe a cheaper option, but went back to that becuz it worked the best.

Switching formula can upset her stomach, you should stick to one kind. my kids had similac neosure and then advanced. we tried a few others but one baby kept spitting it up. If she's doing well, i wouldn't change her, maybe find someone who needs the samples you have and try to find someone giving away what you need.
