I have found if you use a baby wipe with out aloe or lotion in it and baking soda.  Rub the spot with baby wipe and if that doesn't work try a bit of baking soda and water.  but it also depends on the kind of fabric.  Really I have found that baby wipes get out almost anything out of fabric.  especially spit up.  which our house had a lot of tee hee. :)
