How to fit in exercise while pregnant and have a toddler?

I loved prenatal yoga and I also did mommy and me yoga with my kids while I was pregnant. It is great for you to sta in shape and keep your mind and body balanced. Kids love the closeness with mommy. It is a wonderful way to release stress and give that little extra to your toddler. It is a great bonding experience.
