During pregnancy you can exercise as you did before except for contact sports and horse riding. So if you liked yoga before carry on it is one the easiest most relaxing exercises to do during pregnancy. There are pregnancy yoga classes which are the best ones to attend as they only do exercises for pregnant women and know how your body is changing.
