please help my 18 mt old daughter refuses to eat pototoe but loves hp pasta in tomatoe sauce which she has most days, she also loves pre packed chicken and sausage in beans, is this healthy or should l give her fresh pasta and cooked chicken, help xxx

My son loves sauce and pasta and breaded chicken (the one in the bag only). Not sure where you are from but I shop at Trader Joe's, buy as much organic as I can then I don't worry about it. We eat a lot of different types of pastas (wheat, white etc.) I know there are some that are better for you but I buy whatever he picks off the shelf and is interested in that week. I wouldn't sweat it.
