Huggies or Pampers?

With my son we used pampers when he was newborn (because the fit better) but once he got to the larger sizes we used huggies...they worked better for him. When he got older the pampers leaked and the huggies did not. Hope this helps!

With both of my boys I have prefered Huggies Supreme.  The seem to keep my boys drier, especially overnight.  Costco just started making Kirkland Supreme diapers and I have found they are just as good as Huggies Supreme, but CHEAPER!!! :)

Pampers is a go for me. Both my boys are using pampers and no complaints. I find that huggies are way too rough especially on a newborn.

I preffer neither. I buy the store brand diapers. When they are on sale, they are almost half the price of the brand name diapers, and I find they work just fine.

In the beginning I used Pampers for my daughter because that's what I got for baby shower gifts. When I had to start buying them myself I bought the White Cloud brand. They work great and they are cheaper than Pampers or Huggies. My daughter is 2 1/2 and hopefully will be potty trained sometime soon (she's being stubborn!), but she's still in White Cloud diapers (size 5!)

I use LUVS, it's cheaper and it gets the job done and my little one doesn't really care.

I use Luvs...12 cents a diaper vs 24 cents..If it holds in a bad poo its a winner in my book and these do!

i have a boy and i prefer pampers, the over all feel and fit i think is better. huggies feels rough,like i am putting cardboard on him. And when my daughter was a baby she couldnt wear anything but pampers because she would beak out in a diaper rash.

i use pampers. baby feels more comfortable and she never gets wet.

It really depends on the shape and comfort. they are both made differently and so are children. I would try both and see which works for you. I started with huggies, and then moved to pampers at about size 3 or 4. but now i'm back to huggies for pull ups.

I have a girl and I like Huggies way better. I can't stand the smell of pampers! As well the Huggies newborn seemed to fit better then the Pampers newborn. The hospital put her in the Pampers NB and they never seemed to fit her very well.

i prefer huggies, i have a 2 year old son and i have used huggies since the day he was born. i have never had a problem with them, i have tried useing pampers but for him, it dosent seem to hold his pee in like huggies dose. i am due march 1st 2009 with my second child which is another boy and i will be useing huggies with him too.

My daughters 7 and half months in size 4.

Huggies are the best!

They fit really well and no leaks.

Pampers don't fit well and they leak everytime i use them!

I have two boys. With my first it was pampers all the way. Huggies just didn't seem to fit right. My second who is 15 months I use both. I actually prefer the Costco brand with my second it is also made by Kimberly Clark who make Huggies but I find it's better than the huggies.

I used Pampers until my daugther was a size 3 then for some reason they started to leak and sometimes explode! Not a fun mess to clean. So then we use Huggies I also like the White Cloud brand. Now if I could just get her to wear underwear and pee in the potty!

I like Huggies better with both my boy and girl.  Pampers smell nice but I think that is why both my children broke out in a rash.  As they get older like 2ish I found i could use a no-name brand and they would work.  But, Huggies wins my vote over all.

I'm a Pampers fan. I just think they feel better, not so plasticy. I've not had any problems with leakage or anything with my little girl. But, I have also heard from my friend's with boys that they prefer Huggies. Go figure!

Love pampers but I think it's just mom preference than anything else- I loved how soft and plain the pampers swaddlers were and I just find huggies are really ugly and show through diaper shirts. And the shape is weird- I guess that's suppose to be a better feature but doesn't do anything for me! I'm actually really sad that we have outgrown swaddlers- I wish they made them in all sizes. :~( Using Pampers Baby-dry now. (I have a little boy)

with both my kids, I have used pampers. I have a boy and a girl, and found that with both of them, I like the way the pampers fit over that of huggies.

i normally use pampers cruisers and never had a problem with crystals.... where with huggies if they have a wet diaper for a longer period of time they will get some crystals... also they do get rashes more often with huggies...

well i have to say that my little girl does not like pampers. she crys as soon as she wee's but huggies she's fine with. plus i have found that pampers seem to leave little crystals on her bum if left wet for a little while

I prefer Pampers....every time I've used Huggies with all three, they break out in a huge rash! I have 2 girls and one boy and with each, Huggies products react badly with them all, even the wipes!
