at what month/week were people able to hear your baby's heartbeat from putting their ear on your belly? my husband can and he tapes the beat out for me and its not my heartbeat its more than double mine.

I know my husband wants to sue them I'm not sure its valid tho. I've being careful I take my vitamins and haven't done anything that would hurt the baby except some lifting. we've been ttc since June

You need a new doctor. Seriously, anyone with no period, they should be doing a pregnancy test, that's just negligence.

no I was there in Feb and I told the doc about no period and he was like that's just hormones and left. my doc is horrible

Yikes! Do they know you think you're that far along? You should call back and try to get something tomorrow. If you told them, they'd want to see you right away.

we think we are actually 21 weeks, because I haven't had a period since november just random spotting (which I didn't know you could while pregnant) . I've had prego symptoms since Dec I've just been connecting the dots. I have a doc appointment in a week or so.

An early ultrasound (anytime before 12 weeks) are HIGHLY accurate at guessing gestational age. If you haven't been to the doctor yet, you should go, they'll probably do one. If you're only a few weeks along, your husband is hearing something else (?). :D

Usually around month 6, maybe 5 (weeks 23-28 is usually when you can start). For my first two it was always on the earlier side, but this time my placenta is anterior and he's just heard it once, this week (27)
