I am a 41 year old mother of a 3 year old girl She is hard to handel sometimes and dosen't listen very well dose anyone have tips for time outs or something to get her to slow down and listen?

Honestly any 3 year old is hard to handle. The trick is to be consistent. It may seem like they aren't getting it but the more they get the same result, the more likely they will be to act up. At times you feel like a broken record but eventually they get it.

I have a 4 year old who has so much energy I wish I could bottle it. To get her to listen I make her face me tap my nose and say look at me so she looks me in the eye. It helps her focus. For time out, which she hates and is the only thing that works, We do 4 minutes of sitting on the bed. No talking to her, ignoring her. Seems to work. Good luck.
