Here are some good online resources for names:

www.babynamesworld.com

www.babynamewizard.com

and just for fun, check this one out:

www.babynamegenie.com

The last one is a random first and middle generator, it's fun and the comments the "genie" makes are hysterical. :D

The good news is, you have time!!  There are a bazillion names, but you'll find the one that fits.

Love the name Ava Rose.it can grow old with her....God willing someday she will be the ripe old age of 75 or 80...you have to consider that when you name a child. also love the name Madaline Elizabeth.

I've always liked the names Charli or Taegan. Marley and Mindi have been high on my list. I have 4 and now for the first time in almost 2 years, you've made me think of having a 5th. Thank God my husband is asleep otherwise he'd pull out the video of our 4th (just hours after I've had him) and say "remember of what you went through", but that means very little when you're clucky. Best of luck and if you use any of the names, please let me know, or even if you don't. I love baby names, especially unusual ones. Best of luck guys

Congrats on the May baby...I'm having a little girl in July and me and my fiance choose her name by using one of her grandmother's names. This is special for us since my grandparents are no longer living and its like a way of keeping them around. I also found that just reading a book on baby names and picking them out and pairing them together was a great way to come up with names. Hope this helps you

If you are looking for something unique my daughters name is Tevra Rose. Tevra came out of a book my husband read a long time ago. We have not ran across another one yet. If you do a google there isn't much that comes up for it.

Good luck with your decision!

it is also a good idea to check your family tree...see what your ancestry has there. That is how I named my fourth daughter, Dalena.  We had  lots of Magdalena's in our family tree.

Baby name books are helpful too. They teach not only about origins and name ideas, but how to combine names to make them sound better. So I was able to come up with names with nice meanings, more interesting syllables, and so on. I named my first daughter Bethany Joyce, my second daughter Charity Alise, and my son was John-Anthony Evan. The youngest was Dalena Annaliese.

I looked into names at the time that weren't to popular, When my daughter Maidson was born in 200 it was number  96 out of 100 and for the next 3 years running, it was in the top 5.

for my second we wanted, Morgan or Meredith, when she came out we knew..she was a Morgan, If you can narrow it down to 2 names when you see your baby you'll just know.

It's really a personal preference. My husband and I have BGG triplets and we each took a name book and highlighted our favorites. After that we found that we had some in common so we went from there. I named one daughter, Lauren Lily, after my favorite "girl" name and my grandmother's favorite flower. My husband picked the other, Nathalie Emma. I like Jillian, Grace and Kathryn. Very conservative and classic.

I recommend checking out the book Baby Name Wizard.  She has names broken down into categories (timeless, bell-tones, country & western, sweedish, etc.) so you can look at lists of types of names you might like.  She also has each name cross referenced with matching "sibling" names, so you can start with what you've already got and be directed straight to other names that might appeal to you.  (For example, if you named your son a bell-tone name like Hayden, you might like Kira for his sister, or if he has a timeless name like Matthew, you might like Elizabeth.)
