I am very strict and wont let him bring the smell around my baby and he would rather play xbox than interact with drey anyway.im hoping to get an internship out of town next semester so i will only see him a few days out of the month.but i know his mom will throw a fit if we dont bring drey down to tx soon.i just dont feel like i dhould have to go out of my way to benefit her when she did not even want me around her son while i was pregnant.and the whole family still talks to his ex and i feel thats disrespectful to me

Talk to a lawyer about your visitation options. Typically there are different schedules based on age and distance. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! Emails, text messages, photos. The more proof you can offer a judge, the better your chances. Also, if you continue to put your child at risk by exposing him to drug use, etc. you could be charged with child neglect or endangering. Just something to think about.

He can get visitation without child support in just about every state (not sure about all). You need to be documenting everything and get a good lawyer. Hope, pray, and push for supervised visits.

if you can prove that he is a drug user, they may be able to let him have supervised visitation in a supervised facility.

If he is on child support he gets visitation and since he is from texas will he be able to take my baby down there? I dont trust his family alone with my baby and has already disclosed the some of his cousins were molestedby other cousins...it scares me. they are all terrible influences and i wish i could just take my son and not get in trouble for refusing visitations.

thats why i think it would be best if you leave, you already said it's like you are a single mom ANYWAYS, so whats the point of living with the ADDED stress of him and his family? this way you can get child support ORDERED and make sure it goes through the attorney general, so that they can keep track of it.

He doesnt help me at all.i take my son to daycare change the diapers feed him bathe him clothe him everything! i may as well be a single mom and then i have to deal with the dads mom who just thinks im terrible.she blocked me on facebookand then wrote how she deletes people she really doesnt like..aka me..i dont feel like i should drive 7hrs with a 6mo old just for her to meet him when she didnt support me during my pregnancy n has not done anything to show she even cares for her grandson
