the dawn should take it out. what ever you do DON'T DRY IT IN THE DRYER! once my friend said to try meat tenderizer. make it into a paste and then try to have the paste soak up the grease.

If you have orange clean (the kind you use on your hands when trying to get greese off) it works on cloths too..

Peroxide and baking soda made into a paste...both should be less than $1 each. If you're in a real pinch and can't find baking soda, the peroxide would probably work on it's on...it's the main ingrediant in OxyClean. The baking soda just kind of makes it stay where you put it.

hi i know this might sound strange but it dose work. lol. put vineger on it and then rub normal bar of soap on it with salt. and rub very hard. the viniger and salt breaks down the grease and the soap lifts it off the top then put your top straight into a 30 wash

My mom told me the other day (I haven't tried it yet) that ammonia gets out grease - I'm sure you'd have to soak it, at least that is super cheap! Oxyclean is great (as a soak for like 24 hours on something really bad) on most things, but I actually haven't had much luck with it on grease (like motor grease, my husband is a mechanic). Food type grease I think Oxyclean would work on.

Yikes! dawn may just do the trick, soak, scrub, soak, scrub until it comes out..a question is it that terribly expensive??

try dish soap, or make a paste out of laundry detergent. sprinkle on baking soda and douse with vinegar.. failing that you'll have to get one of the stain specialty items
