i had my delivery via caesarian section for my twins 8mos.ago and i had my bilateral tubal ligation and cervical polypectomy as well....my question is why until now i don't have my menstrual period and i'm only 39yrs. old and i am not breastfeeding...is anybody can help me about this?

Sounds like your hormones are still out of whack. This can be normal, but to be on the safe side, talk to your doctor. I did not get my period for over a year after my tubal, but I was also breastfeeding. My daughter is almost 3 years old, and it seems like my hormones are finally leveling out.

Oh, warning about the tubal....when you do get your period again.....my personal experience has been wicked bad cramps....like I have never had before.
