it is not a perents job to make sure children dont do anything. Parenting has rules and regulations such as at 18 you should be working and helping with bills or in school. as children there should be choires. If you let them do what they want they will run you and it will maybe come off as cure when there little but when they grow youll see the problems

Sit down calmly with them both and tell them straight that it is time they spread their wings and made their own way in the world. It is the only way you are going to get the respect and peace that you deserve. You have been a good mum and they are taking advantage of you. Very sad but we have all been through it. Tell them you love them dearly but you are not going to put up with this any longer. Give them a month to sort out a place to live and a job and stick to it. Remind them frequently during that month how long they have left and help them look for an affordable place to live. Enough is enough you deserve better than this.
Although this will be a tense time I promise you the relationship with your children will be much better once they have moved out and had time to realise how good they had it at home.

A swift kick to the ass out the door is a good indicator. J/k! You just need to tell them it's time for them to get their own place. You have go to the police station and have an eviction notice pulled up and serve it to them. If they cause any problems, call the cops. It's your house. You have every right to not want them there.
