I thought I had felt the little flutters a few weeks ago but I havent felt anything since that day. I'm a little worried and just want to know if it's normal. About what month should I feel my baby kick?

If this is your first then the flutters you though you felt were the baby. You feel movement quicker with subsequent pregnancies faster because you know what it is. Also the babies positioning can make a big difference. If the baby is more so to your back you won't feel as much movement. As the baby gets bigger you will feel a lot more movement until close to delivery when they are running out of room

I think I was around 24-25 weeks with my first. It is about 5 months with the first.

I didn't feel anything until 22 weeks (I think). It takes longer with your first baby, because you're not sure what it feels like and because your muscles are probably strong and holding everything in. Also, if you're tall and broadshouldered, there's more room in there for the baby than if you're tiny, so it won't be jumping on your bladder and elbowing your kidneys for a while yet.

That's my theory. People couldn't even tell I was pregnant until I was 26 weeks pregnant, but I'm 5'9 and big-boned. I think that we all have about the same size kidneys and liver, as well as the same size babies. Since my ribcage is about 5 inches bigger than my friends' (and the rest of me is similarly larger), it's obvious that the baby would take up more space in her insides than in mine. She started having a cute baby bump at the time when I just looked kinda bloated and chubby, not pregnant at all.

thank you all for the information this is my first pregnancy I have a doctors appointment coming up next Monday. My cousin is pregnant too shes a few weeks further along in her pregnancy with her first as well and she felt her baby kick like a month ago. I guess I'm just a little impatient :) I just want to feel his movement already.

Your flutters were probably the movement. It will come with time as the baby gets bigger.

Is this your first? I didn't feel my first until 25 weeks. It can be a lot of things- where the baby is, placenta in front, your body shape and size, if your uterus is tipped back. When was your last appt and when is your next one? They'll check the heartbeat then. Try not to worry- it's normal.
