I'm 33 Weeks Pregnant And Already Feeling The Pressure To Push

For The Last 3 Weeks I HAve Been Having Contractions And 2 Days Ago I Started Feeling The Sensation To Push. I Have Also Had Cramps During And After Each Contraction And They Are More Painful Then The Contractions... I Told My Doctors And they Said it Was Normal. But They Didnt Even Do An Exam Or Anything To Make Sure My Son Was OK..Should I Worry Or Go To The ER To Get Checked Out?? Or Should I Just Believe What My Doctor Says? The Only Reason I'm Asking Cause With My First I Was Never Able To Go Into Labor They Made Me Have Him A Month Early..I'm Just Wondering What I Should Do..

I think it is normal and you would definatly know when you go into labor. There will be no mistaken pains and usually I always had that bloody show. This happened right prior to my labors. I was so sure I was in labor a few times before hand. But I wasnt.

Its most likely Braxton hicks or practice contractions which can be mild or more painful as the pregnancy progresses , i had them at least two months before birth .

If you are concerned go to the hospital and get it checked out they may do an ultrasound .

If you're concerned I would go get checked! That way you are sure of what's going on! It will ease your mind! However, I had a lot of braxton hicks and felt the same way!

If your honestly concerned then go to the hospital and get checked out. It won't hurt nothing, if anything it would help put your mind at ease i it normal.

Talk to yoyr doctor and ask for answers. I hated it that my doctor never gave told me why not to worry just old me not to worry. when you go in for your checkup, or earlier if you're really worried metion it again and ask why? is there anything you can do to check? Can you do an exam to put my mind at ease? etc. Good luck and congrats!

I would say it's normal, but if they didn't even do an exam I would really question that. Are you feeling the urge to push, or are you feeling a lot of pressure?
