schedule, schedule, schedule. Sorry if its bed time its bed time, everyone eats and sleeps at the same time. I have twins and I had to learn this the hard way. After going crazy that is. I promise you it is even harder to undo no schedules! take what ever help you can get , someone to fold, instead of iron is better than a pile of clothes on the floor. Forward with God!

My friend had triplets in Septemeber.  They are great kids and are doing well.  While I can't offer you much advice about having triplets I can say enjoy every moment you can with them.  Try to keep them on a schedule.  I know with my friend that helps out alot.

Best of Luck!

Best of luck to you. Be sure to ask for help. Try to get a schedule of when friends and family can help and what they are going to be doing while with you. Do your best. That's all that anyone can expect.  May God bless you and your family.

Its funny you said that Sarah - I was about to reply the same thing - lol. It's going to be hard work so make sure you have lots of help ready on hand and that you have things close by that you will need asap like spare baby clothes, bibs and wipes. Put them into a box you top up everyday that you keep downstairs for any accidents and if you intend on making formula milk - heres something I used to do. Measure the boiled water and put into a large jug, measure the correct amount of formula feed, add and stir with a whisk. It's quicker and easier to make than breaking your wrist shaking the bottle. Plus it stops any leaks as some bottles tend to dribble when you shake them. And store in the fridge and used within 24 hours and then do the same again the next day. And have a rota on who is getting up during the night and who is going to wash the bottles each night so you do get a break. It was hard work with 1 baby at a time - never mind having three babies in one go. Good luck! Sorry for rambling on chick!

How about applying for an au-pair from South Africa to help you? I was an au-pair in 2007 in Bethesda, Washington DC and had the best year of my life. Wish I could come help you, but I'm too old now and have 2 kids of my own. I LOVE children. A friend of mine had triplets, 2 boys 1 girl and everyone wondered how she coped with 3 at the same time, she said it's not as difficult as it seems...All the best you'll have a whole football team soon...
