I know you have ALOT of replies. But the more there is, the more choices!! My husband chose Cadince Lynn. Middle name was too common for me so I chose Anelin. Ann after my sister and kept the Lynn sound for my husband. She was our military baby, so it was Cadince Anelin. I hope you find the right one!!!!!

I don't want to upset anyone, I know everyone wants their child to be unique, but think about your child having this name for the rest of their lives and constantly having to tell people how to pronounce their name will get old.  Also, when you see a name and have to stop, sound it out in your head before you pronounce it (again, probably wrong) before you say it, is annoying.  I work in a nursery and see a lot of weird (unique if you want) names.  And don't to Emma, Ella, Ava, Olivia; they're cute but very popular right now.  Spell the name simple and easy to pronounce, no crazy i's for y's, etc.  My daughters name is Breanna Paige.  Good luck!

I like the name Cason. I didn't find out what I was having and I picked Cason b/c I thought that it could go either way. But, I didn;t end up naming my baby that. I had a little boy, and I named him Jackson. Jackson is the only name his father and I could agree on......long story, but I thinhk thst Cason is a beautiful name!!!

I LOVE unique names and collected quite a few when I was prego. We named our daughter Deviny (pronounced: dev-enny). It's Irish, meaning "a dark-haired beauty," and we love it!

Others we considered were: Delaney, Brenna, Rylan, Emerson, Delta, Lainee, Eden, Avery, Caymen, Raleigh, Desne (dez-nee), Taiya, Martie, Carrigan, Emery, Melrose, Chanel, Lilah, Madorie (PS- Boys names can be fun for girls, too).

Good luck! :)

My oldest daughter's name is Kaiya Nichole- she is complimented all of the time on her name. The name Kaiya is from the 1980's movie Willow- the tiny man's wife. We never find anything with her name on it, but oh well- I love it! I finally found the meaning in a baby book- it is Japanese for "forgiveness".

My last child- if he would've been a girl- would have been "Bayley"

Hope this helps!

I loved picking out girls names and always struggled with boys...I didn't find out what I was having either...it's a great surprise! I ended up with an Alayna Jane and Valarie Joan for girls and an Evan Richard. I liked names that were not used an much, although Evan is pretty common. If I had another girl she would be Addison Eileen or Ellery Eileen. I agree with a couple of other post ,but I'm sure you already have...dig into family history you might find some good ideas! We used family names for all of our kids (middle names at least : ) Good Luck and let us know what you decided!!!
