I need help, does anyone have advice on pregnancy sickness?

a non med fix for me was when i woke up in the morning i would eat something really sweet like a chocolate granola bar- my fav was snicker kudos, then i would eat something salty about once an hour, like peanut butter crackers just 1-2 not the entire pack, now if it got worse i did have a prescription for Zofran. it is like phenergan but it does not put you to sleep. i hope this helps. I was so sick at 9 weeks, I feel your pain. Actually sucking on lemon drops helped me...I know it may sound very strange...but my girlfriend who was also very sick told me about the lemon drops and it worked. Maybe it is the little bit of sugar, not sure but worth a try. I hope you find something that works!

I had the very same prob but i was sick 24/7 for about 4 months... i went to my doctor beacuse nothing worked... i tried everything and anything people suggested and still nothing... My doctor gave me a perscription for a once a day pill that was safe to take with the baby... it worked and by the time you can't take them any long your morning sickness should be gone... hope this helps and your pregnancy goes well... OH! I have the very same problem. I feel your pain. When I was faced with the evils of morning sickness[[morning sickness, btw? more like all day sickness, seriously!]] I was put on a dissolvable tab that tasted horrible and made it worse. Try getting Sea-Bands, like for Motion and Travel sickness. They helped me TREMENDOUSLY, and you don't have to worry about hurting your baby, especially since you're in your first trimester. You can find Sea-Bands at your local Walmart store or in any Pharmacy, really. They're 15 dollars, and it's so much better then taking a pill. They work in 2-5 minutes, but in the mornings, you'll still have to move kinda slow, and probably send 20 minutes munching on crackers in bed.
