I need help having a kids party on 29th of this month and need game ideas, kids ages 18 month - 12 years approx and can't decide if I should have games (if yes what) or if the kids would be happy with the bounce castle, music and food. Any suggestions please.

a bought a great book "the everything toddler activities book. games and projects that aentertain and educate" John Levine, M.Ed. - there is a lot of great ideas not just for one party. I cat give you ideas for the food-malke it interesting - little (just one bite) and funny sandwiches (make face or flowers or any kind interesting stuff with chease, vegatables and meat); olso can make bites (like this one for coctails, on a stick) with vegetables and fruits. for example - biscuit, chease, tomato (chery tomato), cucumber; grape, strowberry, balls of water melon, pineapple :)
and if you can make you own cake will be great!
the most important is to make ewerithing with your kid - this will be very interesting for him/her
Have fun!! :)

Maybe you can do both. Music and bouncy castle for the younger ones, and games like a treasure hunt and musical chairs and maybe a treasure hunt for the older ones. Also, if you make it fancy dress in any theme you can have fun prizes too, like best dressed girl and boy, most creative dressed and most colourfull. Have Fun :)

For a party I am organising we are having a pinata, pass the parcel. I am also having some bubble blowing toys to help entertain. A gift my daughter is getting is an inflatable ball pit with balls, so that will also help keep them busy. Musical chairs is another game that can cross the ages. Hope that helps even a little.
