Sorry hon, lines on these tests don't "disappear." You may have a line appear if you read it too long afterwards, or the line you think you may see is the urine as it travels across the test strip, which kinda sounds like that. Lines don't disappear even on super cheap-o tests, it is probably just the urine traveling thru the test strip to the negative control line. If the test was positive, even faintly positive the test wouldn't change & would only become darker the larger the test is out.
Get a digital test or just get a blood test. I could see if it was a super faint line, but they don't disappear, you have to follow the directions on the test & read most after 3 to 5 minutes after they have fully developed. Good luck!

Well kristen your body is reacting to something maybe telling you that you are pregnant or just reacting off the implanon you had jus tooken out if i was you make a n appointment to see ur doctor to get checked out, but when i was pregnant and didnt know it I took one of those tests and it did the samething so i went out again and bought a digital test and I was pregnant

I would recommend going to your OB~ They can do a blood test there & answer your questions and if being pregnant isn't something you want right now you can also get information on methods of BC... God Bless

yes the best thing is to go to the doctors and get a blood test. Not all pregnancies show up on home pregnancy tests. My friend did more than 6, and they kept coming up as negative, although she felt she was pregnant. The last one the line was very very faint so she had a blood test which confirmed it. Good luck, but stop making yourself wait, it will drive you crazy :)

If a line shows up and then disappears, it's called an evap line. It's a negative. I've had it happen to me, and it sucks!

i would think it was positive! when i took a test one of the lines was very faint so i called the number on the pregnancy test box and asked them about it! they said that if you took the test correctly that any 2 lines no matter how faint meant you were pregnant because it only shows up it the horomone is present! i would wait a week or so and take another one! when i took the 1st on i did it right away when i woke up when it came up positive i took another a few hrs later to see if it still showed up and then after that one too another a few hrs later! all 3 were positive but i still waited a week and took a 4th test but that time i used a digital test! I wasn't sure because my husband's old dr told him he could not have kids so we were pretty shocked! if i were you i would wait a week or so and take another test!

I took tests for a month that all said negative, but I just knew something was up bc I know my body. I finally took one in the end of April 2008 that was positive, but the lines were very very faint...I went to the store & bought more tests to be sure, & they all showed up fine. Are you buying the same kins of tests? Are you peeing on it enough? If you're not sure, why don't you get a blood test done? Good luck! I hope you find the answer you're looking for!

Oh, another thought, did you do one with your first pee in the morning, and do it mid stream?

I never had a positive pregnancy test with any of my children until I was at least 6 weeks pregnant. I knew I was pregnant with sore boobs, and just that sick sence that you know something is going on. Wait a few days and take the test again or go to the doctors. Good Luck.xx

Two lines means you are pregnant, no matter how faint. Generally the second line will be faint if the hormones are still low (i.e. very early pregnancy).
How close together did you do the tests? Maybe you are just too early?
Go to the doctor and get tested there. Then you won't be worrying about it :)
