go to cheapcaribbean.com check out all inclusive deals they have great prices i went to the dominican republic tropical lifestlyes it was great. shows every night great aldut resort to get sun u lay in a queen size bed on the beach they have hot tubs on the beach but they are ice cold waiters wait on u in bed it was a great vacation :)

Costa Rica was our fav trip so far. Been to many places imcluding Rome, Paris, & Barcelona along with many tropical places. Costa Rica has the best of both worlds. Romantic with the volcanos and hot springs with lots to do and the ocean right there :)

Depends whether you're into camping and nature, or the spa thing and fancy hotels. I think a cabin in the woods somewhere is the ultimate in romantic locations (where you can't even see your nearest neighbour). There are plenty of cabins (rustic and elaborate) available to rent here in Canada. My favourite places are the Yukon Territory, Georgian Bay, the Maritime Provinces and Atlantic Canada, or if you'd like to feel as if your overseas, check out Quebec City or Montreal. Congratulations on the renewal of your vows. This gives me great hope.

I had an awesome honeymoon at sandels resort-in Jamica. It's all inclusive couples only(no kids) all the food, liquor, and fun you could want plus white sand beaches and jacuzzi tubs, spas, water rafting, horse back riding thru mountains , massage parlors,and swimming all on the resort-plus you can travel to other sandals resorts in jamica for free. It was the BEST money I ever spent-ever!

I was going to go honeymooning to Vanuatu but we ended up with a campervan on the north island of New Zealand, beautiful!!! If I had a second honeymoon, I would go to Vanuatu, great beaches, friendly people, vulcanos and more :) just looks soo pretty on the pictures :) All the best and hope you have a great honeymoon wherever you go, I am sure it even would be great alone with your hubby in the backyard and having the kids shipped off to the grannies :)

You should look into the tiny island of Malta. It is RICH in history, everyone speaks English, most restaurants and touristy things are cheap or reasonably priced and it is absolutely beautiful. :) To top it off you can take a day trip to Sicily on a catamaran and check out some Roman ruins or tour Mt Etna or a whole bunch of other things. We went there for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it, yet we know no one else that has ever been there!

I have been all over and my absolute favorite destination is Anguilla, B.W.I. in the Caribbean...quiet, somewhat still secluded, romantic, great casual nightlife - concerts just break out at the beach or in parking lots, fabulous food for every budget - beach bar food to gourmet dining, fabulous snorkling, beaches and water sports and a ferry ride away from St, Martin/St. Maarten if you want shopping, casinos, noise and traffic. Congrats to you both! Have fun wherever you end up! : )

Why don't you try to visit the beautiful island of St Lucia , and enjoy a romantic honeymoon and adventure.. The Diamond baths are worth visiting., and the Pitons .

I recently did the celebrity south American cruise from Chile to fort Lauderdal, get a balcony and and enjoy the exotic area's. I strongly recommend the organized tour for Lima Peru. You can also renew your vows as you cross the equator.

How wonderful! I've only been to one other country and that was Italy. It was beautiful. When we go back again I would go to Palermo and stay on the coast. The food was amazing and after being in Rome etc. I realized I wanted it relaxed and not dirty-even if it is still beautiful. So that is what I would reccomend

If you come to Australia, don't forget to include Tasmania! Half the time I see a map (from overseas) on the TV, Tasmania has been left off. LOL. It's such a beautiful state and Cradle Mountain, the Gordon River Cruise and Port Arthur are the pick of the crop to see.

Hubby is getting the cruise bug again. Hopefully within the next year. They are so fun. We are going to get two rooms. One suite and one indoor cabin. He will sleep in the indoor cabin with tyler and I will stay in the suite with Tarah. Oh I hope this happens. I am getting so excited. And you know what......we so cant afford it. ha ha.

Well, it is going to all depend on what kind of limitations there are on your travel. If there are no limits then head for Australia and then take a cruise ship back to the states. Sail up through the Panama Canal and come up to Hawaii and dock in San Diego, Ca. or start in Seattle, Washington then sail north and follow the coastline of Canada and Alaska stop in the little ports where you have to take a ferry from the ship to the shore and back again when it is time to depart. You can see the glaciers that are actually growing several inches each day. You will be able to see the boats as they leave for the crabbing season and the lobster season. You can spend 1-2 weeks slowly moving up the coast. When you reach the final port of call you can either fly back to the lower 48 or you can book passage back and spend time alone coming back slowly with time to enjoy each other the whole way.

But no matter how you go or where you go......your trip will be totally worth it as long as you are together and happy in each others arms.

Nassau, Bahamas is my dream. I went as a senior in high school, and I loved it, but was too young to know I should do all of the fun activities! But it's nice to hear that I'm not alone in the loss of honeymoon. Married in the middle of the school year--pregnant a month later--we never had our honeymoon...so, 14 years to go :)

My husband and I flew to Rome and then caught a Mediterranean cruise. We stayed in Rome for a few days then on the cruise we stopped at all the great places in Italy,Greece and Turkey. We finally ended back in Venice and stayed there a few days! It was awesome. We were gone for almost a month. I would do it again. It was the most beautiful and fun time of our lives. My husband and I went to Manihi Tahiti for our honeymoon (we got lucky our family gave us their airline miles). It is a small atoll in French Polynesia. Over water bungalows, very private spot, only the resort on one corner and a very small village on the other that you have to take a boat ride too. Check out the Pearl Beach Resort. Diving/snorkeling right from your room, amazing food and amazing views. If you like tropical and private stay away from the main areas of Tahit, you need to go to the smaller areas.

It reall depend how much money you have to spend and where you are starting out. We go to door county , WI every year. We rent a house but there are plenty of bed and breakfasts. Beaches, bike rides resturants, shopping if you go after labor day or during the week it is not very crowded

Hi Constance. I used to work in tourism (loved it). Met on average a minimum of 10 travellers a day from all over the world. Over the years a LOT of people told me about the beautiful places they'd been and amazing things they'd seen and done. Only a handful said to me "if there's only one holiday you take in your life it should be ..." and these all recommended either cruising to Antarctica or cruising around the Whitsundays in Australia. I haven't done either but want to do both - sounded spectacular! Good luck with your "trip of a lifetime" wherever it may be.

If I make a suggestion, my husband is Navy and has been to st. kits and nevis. He says it is awesome. awesome beaches and mountains and very peaceful. I have seen pictures of it and we are planning a trip in feburay there. you can ge the airfare and a 5 day hotel for about $2,000. I don't know if that is in your buget or not, but I just wanted to throw this trip out there,. Look into it. Congrats to you both! good luck!

If I could choose anywhere to go for a second honeymoon, I would do a nice long Mediterranean cruise. You get all of the relaxation of a cruise, the water, and amazing destinations. Either that or just hang out around Hawaii for a while!
