Congratulations on your healthy babies, Juliet. And I think you've picked lovely names.
Thanks everybody, for posting.

Talk to the father not a public chat sight. Short of not being amongst the living you are in for a very hard life if you don't find away to be polite and friendly with the father of your children. The village can't do much if they only have half of a hole to work with. If the father has passed, I am sorry for your loss, turn to his family I am sure they would love to be part of their grandchildren’s lives.

wow! Congratulations! As a twin, I can say that names that rhyme are hard. Mine is Sharen and my twin is Karen and all we ever really heard was the "aren" part. Also, my twin nieces are Jolie and Chloe which do not roll off the tongue easily together. That being said, you might want to pick some favorite girl names and just look at the babies after they are born to decide. I did that with one of my sons and just instantly knew which name he fit best. There are a lot of Abbies right now. Old names seem to be back such as Kathy and Susan. As a teacher, I am drawn to names, so choose carefully.

IMO Matching names are great for dogs, cats and other things that won't ever complain. However they aren't great for kids. My mom and her sisters are Kathleen (older sister) Beverly (my mom) and Marlene (younger sister). My husband has identical twin cousins who are named Crystal and Jennifer. I went to school with Identical twins named Carla and Rachel.
Matching your names might seem cute when your children are babies. But it will really annoy your children later on since they won't have much of an identity. Also instead of asking random strangers I would suggest looking names up yourself. I wouldn't allow just anyone to name my girls. I didn't even let my older daughter's father to use the name he wanted for her.

Hi Juliet,
First I want to say Congratulations on your three beautiful blessings :) Do you prefer that the first letter is the same in all three? If no, how about Eileen, Jaileen, Marlene (or Marleen)? I really like Sarah-Anne Vandermeulen-Zils's suggestion: Faith, Hope and/or Joy. Good Luck!!

babynames dot com is what I use to name fictional characters. A friend of mine said she wouldn't even ask strangers to help name her pets let alone a baby

I don't understand the allure of asking total strangers to name your kids. Why not just google and ask relatives instead?

@Meggy I can't that is against the rules, I can get booted for doing that. Hence why it was on the thread.

When I named my girls I went with what the names meant to me. My older daughter has my middle name and my younger daughter is named after a great aunt and my maternal grandma.

I don't remember who suggested it, but I know it was earlier in the thread, but I liked someones suggestion to follow the trend of Shakespeare names. Like Ophelia, LOVE THAT NAME! That was on our list of names.

And one more: We didn't plan it this way, but it worked out for us - we have 5 people in our family and we have I, J, K, L and M. I sign our letters like that! If we'd had anymore children we would have moved on to an N name, LOL!

I forgot another idea for moms of multiples: Your babies are refered to as "Baby A, Baby B, and Baby C" on ultrasound and by doctors, so why not name them names that start with their letter? Baby A, could be Abigail (for example), baby B could be Bethany and Baby C could be Catherine. :-)

Sherri, I'm a grown woman just like you, I don't need someone to chastize me for being annoyed by people asking complete strangers to name their children. If you have an issue with my posts. PM me next time. Don't bring it into the thread.

I am a single mom of twins, and I had the same fun and indecision. I settled on Alexander and Zoey...from A to Z:) And they start with the same sound since I call Alexander, Xander...but on to you...Cassidy, Cally and Caroline "Cara"...have fun playing. Ask for lots of help, accept it when it is offered, rest when they do, and don't be afraid to do your own thing. All articles will tell you to feed them on the same schedule...I almost had a nervous breakdown trying this since both of my babies have reflux...Try pulling the bottle out of one's mouth to burp the other...good things do not happen.:) I finally started staggering feedings and was much happier. I was feeding for more time, but was much less stressed and had some one on one time with each. I didn't have triple

Be very careful. I named my 1st and 2nd sons names that started with the letter "M", and I was forever mixing their names up. Still do sometimes and one is now 42 and the other 33. Go figure. Maybe matching names might not be the best idea. Think about it.

Faith, Hope, Joy and even Charity
I knew a set of three girls whose names were Faith Hope and Charity and I always remembered them and thought their parents must have really loved them to name them with something with such a positive meaning. I bet it gave them a step up emotionally and something to live up to that is encouraging. :) The best to you! Wishing you faith, hope and joy with your new little ones! :)
