Does chocolate really effect you when trying to have a baby, I read that it does and I wanted to know so I could cut it out my diet cause me and my boyfriend really want a baby, any other health suggestions to give us to make this happen for us

The only real advice I could give is start taking pregnancy supplements now. Up your iron intake and make sure your body is ready to grow that little bundle.
I have never heard about chocolate being bad but then the only time I ever eat chocolate is when I'm pregnant!!!!! That's the only bad craving I ever get :-)

I would suggest going to see your obgyn to ask them for the real shake down on what can help. I have heard eating raw spinach can help, but I don't know how many of those things are old wives tales or real. I do know some foods can effect the acidity in your uterus or mucous, and that can effect implantation. But if you JUST started trying to get pregnant, just go with the flow and see if it happens.
