I went to the docor and had a negative urine test, can i get a positive blood test?

On march 26th i had very light spotting for 3 days then it quit, now sometimes i feel a little emotional sometimes i get dizzy easily, my brests are very sensitive and my period is 2 weeks late i have positive home pregnancy tests but when i went to the doctor there urine test was negative. they drew blood and i am getting the results tomorrow, could i still be pregnant even though the urine test was negative? i really need some advise because i have been waiting to find out for so long its killing me it really is.

yes i bleed when i was pregnant i found that i was having 3 babies at the same time

I have had 3 positive urine test but a negative blood test yesterday but my period was only due today. I am waiting to hear today the HCG levels because my doc said it might be just a little too early for for the blood test to pick it up...usually the blood tests are more accurate but not necessarily more sensitive and I still could be pregnant. I am going crazy too!

Yes!!!! I was 4 months pregnant with my daughter when 2 home tests said positive, doc urine tests 2 of them came back negative. I finally convinced them to do a blood test, which came back positive.

Sure. That is why they do the blood test to make absolute sure. And if there is still a question, they may have you do an ultrasound. You just gotta wait it out. You are getting the results tomorrow, so it is not like you ahve to wait a week or 2.
