not by a scan hunni but a new blood test has just come out in america where you can send off for the test and you can find out from 7weeks,google gender blood test i did this and i found out what was having was around £200 but i couldnt wait x

sometimes- it depends on if the baby is cooperating, and the tech- but you probably won't have a definite either way until your 17-22 week scan.
