Irregular period & havinq a hard time concieveing 2nd child?

Any one experienceing the same issues? Ive been trying just a little under a yr and my periods have always been a little off but after my first child was born i had gotten the depo shots and ever since then my cycle is all over the place. I havent used depo for like 2 - 3 yrs and ive been tryinq since last summer on and off. Havent been to the doctors yet but i plan on going soon and talkin with them about it, i would just like to see if anyone has had the same experiences and if yall been to the doctors what have they sed? Im not the type to get cramps and stuff i barely get cramps only sore boobs sometimes so i never know when i ovulating eaither, if i even am. I would appreciate any advice and to hear your experiences.



P.S. My first child did take a little over a yr to concieve i think so maybe thats just how my body is but i heard if it takes over a yr thats not a good thing.

I'm also extremely irregular. It took 8 months of us actively trying to conceive each time, even with me following the advice in "Taking Charge of Your Fertility", which is a really good book if you want to know more about how your body works. Check it out, and you should probably see the doctor, s/he might have a simple solution for you to do something different that is easy and effective.



My theory is that people like us were made for back when there was no birth control. Unlike the women who were popping them out every 11 months, we would have a kid every few years and be able to enjoy our lives and be healthy instead of worn down from childbearing. :)
