I didn't eat any yogurt with active cultures while pregnant, but I did eat one yogurt cup almost every day of my pregnancy. It's good for you. Oh and yogurt doesn't cause yeast infections, it helps keeps them away. That's why when you are on antibiotics a doctor will tell women to eat yogurt.

Nope! It's actually really good for you :) I would suggest that you try one that is all natural and low in sugar. Our 11 month old son loves the mountain high brand.

I ate quite of it when I was pregnant because I don't like milk so I needed to get my calcium other ways and it didn't do me or baby any harm, the only thing I know about yogurt is if women eat a lot of it on a regular basis it can cause you to get a yeast infection.I have been lucky never had even one infection. But if you are prone to it then just becareful on how much yogurt you do eat.
