Red raspberry leaf tea. Sex (without a condom - it's the prostaglandins in the sperm that induce labor if you're ready). Walking once contractions have started. Keep hydrated, more to prevent labor from stopping once it has started. If you're dehydrated and go into labor, fluids will generally slow or completely stop it. Foods with oregano! This is the link with the chicken parmigiana known to help start labor; now scientifically proven. Massage your nipples, or have your husband/significant other.

I tried everything when I was two weeks overdue...Castor oil did nothing, Sex did nothing, Egg plant parmesan was gross and did nothing. The only thing that did help was walking. Find a mall around you and try to do a few laps around the mall...At least it has air...

I was going to, even bought it but when I read what can happen I decided that I wasn't going through that. Apparently it does nothing for dilation, just helps bring on contractions and gives you diarrhea
