Go to the Rx and ask for the plug in vapor things. They help just as well and you don't have to put it on your body.

i used it!!! i had a bad cold and since i refused to take any pills i used that on my upper chest and lower neck area..... i felt better .... i also used the humidifier with a vicks solution to help me breath through the night, when i asked my doc he said it was fine....
