kindermusik????

do you think maybe the class is better when they are older?  right now at 11 months my son just wants to explore and crawl around.  the older babies in the class like it cause they can understand and the younger ones like it because they arent moving yet.  maybe parker is just at that in between stage?  im thinking about trying one more class but its a lot of money if you dont LOVE it

This doesn't sound like the Kindermusik class I took my soon to. We danced around and played with instruments. There was lots of movement.

Hi Elizabeth, my daughter nicole attended kindermusik class for 1 semester when she was 2 yrs old. It started out really chaotic, since she would walk around the place while the class is going on. Sometimes she would not even participate in the activities and throw tantrums. But as the days passed, you can see some improvements. Nicole was capable of following instructions, participating in the activities and socializing with her classmates. She would get used to the classroom routine and she enjoys all the activities. Just be patient and support your baby. Enjoy and keep on rocking! =)

No all Kindermusik teachers are created equal. Preview a class with a different teacher to see if you can find one you like. Kindermusik Maestros are committed to the program (top 1% of all programs), but I'd still preview the classes as even those aren't equal. It really is a great program, but a poor teacher sure can ruin it. Good Luck!

No all Kindermusik teachers are created equal. Preview a class with a different teacher to see if you can find one you like. Kindermusik Maestros are committed to the program (top 1% of all programs), but I'd still preview the classes as even those aren't equal. I went to a free class once and my daughter didn't care for it either but she loves music and dances around all the time at home. I don't think it's anything they're doing wrong...just not enough for my "non stop" little girl.
