Hello

I am not in Kelwona but the resources that i have used here in Vernon, one town over. would be the Friendhip Center. Here they have a Early Childhood Infant Development Center. This is a great place for me becuase it gives the children a chace to interact with other children and the parents also get to have a coffee break when needed. I am not sure if there is a place like this in Kelowna but the Friendship Center may be able to guide you in the right direction of even the Health Unit.....If I find out more information I will write again soon.. You got me curious I am gonna go and look into this some more.
