I'm currently expecting my second daughter. My first daughter's name is Elliana and we would like our new daughter's name to end with an "A" to go with Elliana. If it's Italian, all the better since my hubby is Italian. Would love to hear what everyone comes up with!

Hello I know you have thousands to chose from but here is mine and I doubt it has been here before. I never heard it before KAINA. I took Cain from the bible. Changed it to K and added A. I am also pregnant but my man doesn't like it. Thinks it is two close to Kaiden our son.

How about Twila. It is a unique name. There are not that many of us. It can be spelled 3 different ways. the other two are Twyla and Twilla. I suppose you could even do Twylla if you wanted.

My daughters name is Giana. I originally wanted it just to be Gia but I didnt like that with what her middle name was going to be which is Amelia. So I went with Giana Amelia, now some people call her Giana and some call her Gia. I am always getting compliments on her name. Never heard anyone say they didn't like it.

My sister is naming her baby (due this month) Olivia Melania (Melania is Melanie in Romanian, which is a romance language just like Italian, so I think Italians have the same translation or spelling...) Hope this helps. Let us know what you pick.

Hi. My husband is Slovak so he insisted that our little girl's name end in "a". We settled on Kira and another Slovak friend used Sofia, which was also one of my favorites, for her daughter. Other family names are Eva, Jana (J makes Y sound), Martina, Maria. Sierra was almost one of my picks for our daughter as well. Good Luck and Congrats!
