Any advice on losing pregnancy weight? I put on 20 kgs (45lbs), a good portion of that in the last 2 weeks. I wasn't able to breastfeed for a variety of reasons, and 4 months later I remain a good 12 kgs (28lbs) over my pre-pregnancy weight . I love my daughter but I'm not an overweight person and being in that category now has completely affected my self esteem. Trying to eat healthy and working out about 4 times a week for about 40 mins each time, but if anyone has anything else that worked for them for a busy new mum, I'm all ears....
