Anyone have any suggestions to get rid of milk rash, or at least alleviate it? Or is this just something we have to wait out?

i've used hydrocortizone over the counter anti -itch ointment (cream might sting.) It helps w/the itchies...Also, ask your doc about benadryl to help w/the itch and sting of a rash (this she'll take by mouth.) good luck..

If you are talking about the little red rash around their mouths where their faces touch the bottle or breast then I think I can help. I nursed my daughter for about 6 months and if I got a little dry skin I put Lansinoh on my breasts. When I did, Darby's rash cleared up. She is 3 now and I still keep a tube of Lansinoh for chapped, dry, irritated skin on her face. It will protect and heal and it is safe to nurse with it on your breast.
