My friend and I are doing a mommy and me group with some friends, but the kids vary in ages, some from months to a few years. What can we do so that everyone is interacting some how? Whats some good things to do like games or anything??

I was thinking the same thing. Action songs are great. At my daughter's daycare they start the day with the song "Good Morning Sunshine", then you go around and say everyone's name.
Good morning sunshine, sunshine, sunshine
Good morning sunshine, who are you? [JULIA!]
Good morning Julia, Julia, Julia...
Try story time with puppet animation. Maybe a simple craft or some coloring/drawing for 3 years and up.

Songs and singing are great, action songs for the older ones. Even better if someone can play guitar but you don't need it.
