Oh, and I nibbled ginger biscuits all day long which also helped. Ginger is supposed to be a natural anti-sickness remedy.

They were the only thing that helped me, the tablets I was prescribed didn't seem to do anything.

I used sea sickness bands, the ones that go on the wrists, and they helped. May have been psychological but they did help.

You should talk to your doctor. There are medications that can help you. Remember if you aren't able to keep down food/liquids then your baby is not receiving the nutrients and hydration it needs either. There are websites that have some quick suggestions as well. http://www.baby-place.com/morning_sickne... I hope that you feel better soon!!! Late pregnancy can be difficult enough without the added stress of feeling ill.

How far along are you now? I know that it can recur near the end of your pregnancy, It did a bit with me during my first one. I didn't throw up once but felt queasy all day long!
