My son likes to play rowdy, you know, and after has a meal with milk if he goes straight to this type of play sometimes, not every time, he will spit up a little. Is there anything to that?

My 29 month old has been doing this alot lately... she's been drinking a ton of milk, and then she'll try and jump on the bed and throw up a little. So it never really ends I guess!

A lot of kids dont tolerate milk very well, symptoms of dairy intolerance include vomiting & hyperactivity as well as runny noses, reoccuring ear infections, tonsollitis, eczema, asthma, indigestion, diarohea, constipation, moodiness and trouble sleeping. To me it sounds like your child my be intolerant to milk (especially if he has any other symptoms)- if so he would be much better off without it in his diet, as it interfers with the digestive process and means he wont be absorbing as much nutrienst from his food- which can lead to major health problems down the tract. Cows milk is definatly not neccessary for a healthy diet, he can get calcium and protein from canned salmon (with the bones in it), dark green leafy vegetables and nuts (after 2 yrs old) especially almonds and tahini. (me and my son are both dairy intolerant, and i had major health problems when i was still eating it)

I agree also. My son had the same problem. We just tried to settle his stomach before he would play. Hang in there:)

Nope, totally normal. Try reading a book after a meal (if he will let you) to give him time for his stomach to settle.

I don't think there is a problem, usually if the vomit is projectile, then there's a problem, he sounds very playful and energetic, probably just waiting a few more minutes after he eats and or drinks to begin his rowdy playtime. Love him, he looks so adorable. They grow up way too quickly. peace out.
