How long has she had this? have you called your Doc? Sometimes kids can get what's called "Toddler Diarrhea" from too much applejuice....

Water, banana's, toast.... & if nothing helps food wise then take your child to the doctor if it's that bad.

My health visitor told me the best thing to give a child who has diariea is flat cola! It works a treat! My son was poorly for about three weeks and the stuff my doctor gave me he wouldn't take, I tried flat cola with him and he was soon better as it has sugars and salt in it. Don't try to give food though if they are not ready though, they will soon show you when they are ready to eat!

BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. NO dairy products. Give Pedialyte or gatorade to replenish electrolytes. Just went through this and this was the pediatricians recommendation. If symptoms of dehydration call your MD. (lethargic, dry lips, sunken eyes)

push fluids as much as possible and monitor her closly...little ones can become dehydrated quickly..if it dosent get better by tomorrow afternoon, i'd call the dr. before the weekend hits!

Something that really helped my own kids when that happened...LOTS OF WATER!!! Gatorade is good too if they prefer instead of water. Do that for a couple hours, with popscicles too if you have some. Then move to some foods that harden the stool, such as rice, cheese, bread..NO FRUIT for a day or so! Hope that helps!!!
