my 2 week old sun .. his belly makes a noise all the time popping rumbling etcc more so after a feed ?? im not sure if its normal ? cud he b allergic to his milk or maybe digestion not to good ?

If he pooping and peeing fine? Does he have at least 6 wet diapers a day? Is he crying after a feed and the noises start? If not I wouldn't worry about it but for peace of mind call his doctor just to be on the safe side.

Is he happy otherwise or does he show signs of distress when it is happening. If he isn't worried about it and is generally happy then I wouldn't worry about it. It is just the milk moving through his gut. Babies have to deal with a fair amount of air in their tummies (hence the burping etc). Just make sure he is attachng properly when he feeds to minimise the chance of him sucking air as well as milk.
If he is upset or uncomfortable when it is happening then it is still most likely to be becasue of air trapped in his tummy & he just needs some help with relieving it. If there is vomiting / runny / yellowy stools or something else as well as the discomfort then it could be an allergic reaction but it is more likely to be just wind.
